Reserve Forces Day 2002

In 2002, the parade celebrated the contribution of the Royal Australian Engineers to the Nation.

The 2002 National Parade was held in Sydney on Sunday the 7th of July 2002 was a march on of association banner parties and banners followed by an inspection of all associations by NSW Patron The Governor of New South Wales. Any associations formed within the previous 12 months be marched on as well as the overseas contingence to the applause of those present. The Governor then moved with mounted escort to the saluting dais in front of Parliament House. The parade marched past giving a salute to the Governor and VIPs.
